PRICING OR LISTING ERRORS: Factory Works strives to  provide accurate service and pricing information. We reserve the right  to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update  information at any time. Prices and services are subject to  change without notice.


PARTS REPRESENTATION:  Please note that material sourced from different batches and in different thicknesses will have different tones and sheen. Also, the colors you see will depend on your viewing device. There is no guarantee that the color will match a previous order or an existing part. We attempt to match items shipping at the same time as best possible. Also note several of our items are new old stock (NOS) and thus will have a different look than modern parts. 


ORDER ACCEPTANCE: By providing a payment method,  you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment  method as well as taxes and other charges incurred. We reserve the  right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any  reason.  If your order is canceled after we have received payment, we will issue a  credit by the charged payment method for the amount of the charge. 


REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Once you place your order, we are only able to refund for the full amount if we have not started production of your part and/or shipped it. Once it is in production we are only able to refund 80% - this equates to a standard 20% restock fee. Once the item has been shipped, the order is not refundable. We are not Amazon, you are responsible for the items you order. If in doubt, reach out FIRST. Items that are received back undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided will require shipping fee to be paid again and a new address or address correction provided. 


NO WARRANTIES : Due to the nature of the hobby, parts are sold without warranty. If you received a part that does not suit your need, please feel free to reach out and we will attempt to correct the situation. Once the part has been installed, we have no control over its usage. 


LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL FACTORY WORKS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS. 


ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. By using our website, you  consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These electronic  communications may include notices about applicable fees and charges,  transactional information and other information concerning or related to  our Sites and Services. These electronic communications are part of  your relationship with us.


Shipping. We ship daily, and often on Saturdays as well. Our goal is to ship within one working day. We are NOT USPS, we are NOT UPS. As quickly as we ship out, we are still at their mercy to get the items to you as quickly as possible. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to rush along a shipment once it is out the door. USPS wont look into a package until 21 days after it was accepted. UPS will usually look into a package once it has not updated tracking for 7 working days. Pirate Ship for overseas shipments will have a local tracking number provided about a week into shipping. Check the link provided to you in the shipping confirmation for that number. While it is out of our hands with overseas shipping, if there is loss or damage please reach out and we will file the claim for you. We will need pics if the item is damaged. If there is a loss, and the item is marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local postal service, as there is no insurance available on items after marked as delivered.
